Sweet Land of Liberty
A 61-year-old Denver librarian was escorted off the premises of the Denver Center for the Performing Arts, given a citation and a court date, and told not to return unless she wanted to be arrested. Why? Because John McCain was holding a “townhall” meeting at the Center, which was supposedly open to the public, but the librarian, Carol Kreck, was carrying a sign that said, “McCain = Bush,” and that was enough to make her a threat.
