Yet More Disappointment

The media has announced that Elena Kagen is the nominee for the upcoming Supreme Court vacancy. I remain disappointed by President Obama’s lack of boldness in most areas.  Gitmo, environment, financial reform and, yes, health reform. Absolutely no boldness.  Is he a RINO ???
