Whose Moral Compass
The people of the United States, or at least those who believe in “American exceptionalism,” think that the United States has the right to dictate what is right and wrong to the other countries on the planet.
But when we have a history of Dick Cheney, water-boarding, Gitmo, extraordinary rendition, invading countries such as Grenada, Panama and Iraq just because we can, the United States has lost its moral compass and should not be preaching to anyone.
