Stupid? Or Inept?
Bank of America is at it again, read this and this.
The U.S. government, in the form of the Obama administration is allowing Bank of America to socialize its losses. The FDIC will be forced to help pick up the pieces and make depositors whole again after Bank of America Humpty-Dumpty falls.
As per usual, we allow privatization of profits and socialization of losses.
