I do not make “New Year’s Resolutions.” So, these are not resolutions. Just changes in my life.
First, overall, I am going to reduce my intake of food.
Second, I am going to exercise more, mostly in the form of walking (wx permitting).
I am going to reduce my intake of simple carbohydrates
- White flour
- Corn syrup
- High fructose corn syrup
I am going to increase my intake of complex carbs
- Breads made w/ whole grains
I am going to eat more _________ because of the ______.
- Tomatoes lycopene
- Red wine resveratrol
- Leafy greens fiber, vitamins, minerals
